Routes for the Peacemakers’ Pilgrimage

Fifty women taking part in the Peacemakers’ Pilgrimage to London arrived in Nottingham on Monday 7 June 1926. A meeting was held in the Market Place in the evening where the model resolution about law, not war was overwhelmingly carried.
